Connection begins when you hit “inquire” and only grows from there. At Woodland Floral we know that the better we get to know you the better we can tell your love story through our designs. Through “getting to know you” questionnaires, personal check-in calls, and more we’ll get to know each other through the wedding journey (and beyond!).

The vendors you gather on your wedding team is one of our favorite things about weddings- seeing the details and the love each member of your wedding team puts into your day makes us giddy with excitement. We have SO many great recommendations so if you need any help, add a note when you inquire and we’ll gladly share who we love!

Well, if it’s not clear yet, when designing your wedding florals, you get all of our creative energy and passion behind them. It’s a fully-embodied experience for us, and we wouldn’t and couldn’t do it any other way. Floral design to us is a creative artistry and the more creative freedom you allow us, we promise the better your designs will be!

Community here means supporting local, primarily women-owned flower farms, fostering relationships with other wedding vendors, and co-leading an organization for small business owners called “Third Space Collaborative.” When you book with WFD you’ll have access to our exclusive Facebook group where you can connect with past and present Woodland Floral couples!

Our Process

Complete the inquiry form and tell us a bit about your vision. Within 72 hours we’ll review and confirm availability for your wedding day.

Submit any inspiration photos, colors, initial floral ideas, and important details we should know. It’s okay if this is minimal, co-creating your vision is our favorite part of our work.

We connect on the phone or by videochat, get to know one another, discuss any questions, and confirm initial plans for your wedding florals.

You’ll receive a custom proposal based on our consultation call. Once the contract is signed and an initial payment is received, we’re booked!

You’ll be added to our facebook group, get the timeline for our next steps together, and our list of favorite vendors based on your vision and needs.

Our team comes in and flowers your venue to perfection.

We stay connected online and we swoon over your photos when they come in. We’ll be celebrating you for years to come, don’t you worry.

We’ll be an excellent combo if you’re looking for a Floral Designer with a high-level of expertise to take the lead in creating a vision for your wedding florals. You feel drawn to the creative, vibrant, textured, and one-of-a-kind aspects of our design style. We’ll choose what is in season and maximize your wedding style.
You’re looking for someone to recreate a Pinterest photo. This is a hard no for us – our designs are one of a kind. We will use photos as a reference point – and we promise your wedding photos will look even better than whatever you find on Pinterest!
You’re looking for the cheapest possible option for your florals. We always strive to respect your budget, and trust you’ll understand that our approach requires time and quality materials. We work best with couples who desire a Floral Designer that will be involved in all steps of the planning process and use high quality florals and textures.
An initial $1,000 deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due thirty days before your wedding date.
The amount each of our couples invests varies on wedding party numbers, guest count, number of installations, and more. Our full-service florals begin at $8,000 and our average couple invests $10,000-$15,000 in their wedding florals. Inquire with us to receive a custom proposal for your day.

We’re based in Biglerville, PA and will travel up to three hours to deliver your flowers. We often work with couples across Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and northern Virginia. We frequent Lancaster, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Hershey, York, Philadelphia, Frederick, Philadelphia, West Chester, Wilmington, Southern New Jersey, and the Poconos region.

You can rent a variety of types of vases, LED taper and pillar candles, and lanterns. We do not offer traditional wax candles.
The majority of our couples also work with an additional rental specialty company.
